/ë/ is inserted as a transition sound before and within the semantically empty /-hm/ suffix. The first /ë/ is rounded to /u/ before /h.
/m/ of the /-hm/ suffix is elided before /n/.
NOTE: the underlying structure of this form is the same as that of the form glossed "we see you people." It is not clear that all speakers understood the different treatment of these forms as constituting different meanings.
